  • Halfway through the Mohawk Trail is the famous village of Shelburn. In this village is a pedestrian bridge over the river that is completely decorated with plants and flowers. By far you pointed out that you should not miss. Many people walk on the bridge to photograph the plants. We found it rather nice. But to here for to drive, well no.

  • The bridge when opens in spring is so beautiful to take in for a small town that prides itself with with simple beauty.
  • We visited at the tail end of the summer when the plants were probably past their best, but on the other hand we were able to amble along, stopping to admire and take photos without getting in anyone'...  more »

  • Lucky we were there on such a beautiful day. Nice little walking spot in a cute little town with shops and eats in walking distance. Be sure to stop by Boswell's Books while you're in the area. Boswell is one cool cat.
  • Beautiful, scenic, definitely worth a short detour to see. Wide variety of flowers, nicely arranged and cared for with some signage occasionally. The river is not much to look at, but it is surrounded by dozens of little boutique shops selling knickknacks and such. Great place to park and wander.
  • Amazing place. Worth a visit. and has an amazing restaurant near by.
  • Very nice place to visit in spring summer and fall. They have all kinds of for each season. There are few cute shops there but nothing over the top
  • When traveling through Western Mass, this is a must see. The bridge is beautiful and well kept. There are lots of nice local shops and restaurants close by.
