  • Brought the grandkids on a rainy day. The bowling was ok. Had bumpers automatically come up the kids and plenty of light weight balls. BUT if you want to do anything but bowl you should go somewhere e...  read more »
  • Our recent visit with the grandkids resulted in disappointment. Arcade section is awful, Generally out of date machines at high prices with many not working. My grandkids were frustrated and bored.
  • We attended a recent bowling tournament at Planet Fun. The lanes are impeccable but we could use more seating at tournaments. My teen son and his friends enjoyed the laser tag and the arcade games afte...  read more »
  • We went to play in the arcade room....where it's advertised that games are .25-$3. However, we were disappointed to learn that most games are $2-$3...including games you'd play at ChuckECheese for .25. Our first 3 games either didn't work properly or took our money. When we won tickets, they weren't totaled correctly. Overall, super disappointed.
  • Seriously, I am very fair to businesses, I'm a small business owner myself, but something is seriously wrong here. Unprofessional help at the attached restaurant - the waitress forgot many things, the restaurant was understaffed and only had one waitress working. In the arcade almost every game I wanted to play was broken. I had to have the attendants (which one was a jokester and really not that funny, and I like joking around) return money to my card twice for broken games. The skee ball was broken which is a staple at any arcade, both basketball games were broken, jump rope game was broken, and my kids said a lot of the laser tag games were broken. What's going on here?! Owners, you need to train your employees and keep your business maintained! One good thing I have to say and why they got two stars instead of one, was the food was tasty at the restaurant.
  • Just awful! Rip off and poor service. We went after seeing a movie at the theater next door. We played 5 games, 3 of which were broken so you could not use the equipment to actually play. There were only 2 staff members working (that we saw) on a Friday. We went to the one who was over 18 at the front counter, to inform them of the equipment not working & to have our money credited back. She directed us to the 15/16 year old working the prize/ticket counter, who was swamped. After waiting and waiting and waiting, he did refund our money for the games we couldn't play, but talked to us like we were dumb 10 year olds who don't know how to play shooting games. THEN the money he refunded on our 'game card' was not accepted at the one game we had gotten to work with no issues. Instead of waiting in line AGAIN we just left. Will NEVER visit again & WILL NOT recommend.
  • It should be called "Planet OK". Lazer tag was awesome. 2 floors and really fun. The employees were pretty unhelpful. Most games didn't work. Bumper cars sacked. Good place to go if you wanna play laser tag and bowling but don't expect anything else.
  • I wouldn't recommend this place until they do a serious upgrade. Half of their hands or Are turned off or broken. Not worth the money. The only positive is the bowling. Unlimited bowling Sundays for grim 11am till 6pm. Come on planet fun put some decent games inside the make a great attraction fur the kids to enjoy.
