  • I really enjoyed looking at the sculptures. I was delighted to see how family-friendly it was. They had a couple of playpark sculptures. It was a great way to help interest kids in art.  more »
  • I like a good sculpture as much as the next guy, but thus place didn't have any. There was a particularly creepy one of doll heads on stakes staring at a teddy bear...I'm sure it was making an importa...  more »

  • Be aware that there is very little shelter from the elements here. It is totally open with very few trees and very spread out. Both times we have come, we havent made it very far from the parking lot due to improperly planning for the weather conditions, although there is TONS to explore. On a nice day, or with proper planning, this place would be really cool to explore. One other note, my 3 year old was a little freaked out by some of the sculptures. None are outright intentionally scary, but some definitely border on the "creepy" side. So if you have a very sensitive young person, this may not be the place for you. Also a nice touch is that in the summers they have a fridge out with freezies and bottled water for a small fee.
  • Fun. Weird. Trippy. Dog friendly. Very accessible. A great destination for a short road trip from the Twin Cities. Include it in a trip to Taylor's Falls or scenic Stillwater!
  • Great place to go around with your kid to burn their energy. My kid loved it and the photos with the sculptures look good.More over its free so you can spend time till you want.
  • Some of the sculptures were not appropriate for kids. They need to remember that families come here and dont want their kid climbing on a giant male organ. Cmon...really???
  • Creative energy in a fantastic rural environment. Don't miss it when you're in the area.
