  • This museum is worth a visit. The exhibits focus on the community and are informative. Every afternoon at 2 p.m., you can watch two 25-minute movies in the community room--Iditarod National...

  • A great place to get information about the natural wonders of Alaska. The museum is amazing for a library!

  • We really enjoyed our time at this museum. To our good fortune we arrived in Seward that day after it had just reopened for the season. My family and I heavily enjoy museums, large and small alike...

  • Living and working on the road can be rough but I absolutely love getting work done here! The WiFi is fast and easy to connect to (it’s also on 24/7 and works outside the building, there is a sign advertising this!), desks have plenty of outlets, and there is always room for me when I come in.
  • I noticed this building from the Iditarod Historical site, and just walked up to check out the building. I didn’t go inside, but as you can tell, it’s a beautiful building.
  • Nice little museum on the first floor. Learn sbout the early days of Seward. Movies about the 1964 earthquake most days at 2PM. Library on second floor. Free Wi-Fi.
  • I stopped by there yesterday. Iwent into the museum ,I was not charged but today I noticed it's a 4 dollar charge. It was interesting i learned a lot about Alaska and took afew photos. I am posting 10 photos of museum.
  • Stopped by with kids to fill drinking water. Turned out to be a cozy, beautiful place. I’d imagine people in the town spending their winter time here.
