  • Can't say enough good things about this place. I even called in to ask where would be a good spot to propose and they made a great recommendation! Thanks to everyone who helped us with equipment and advice!
  • This is a cute shop, and people are super helpful. I was traveling from Phoenix to Sedona and wanted to spend few hours to checkout best spots. The Hike House attended was very helpful, provided me all the details, walked me through map very patiently, there was no pressure to buy anything. I would recommend anyone visiting Sedona to stop by and talk to the Hike House.
  • Jason guided us on our hike and he wouldn't shut up! LOL It was awesome!! We learned so much and had a great time! We thought it was weird to go on a guided hike but after the experience that's the only way we want to hike from now on. Their setup is great and they can accommodate any ages. We look forward to hiking with them again!
  • Awesome store with a neat vibe. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable - they took the time to tell us about all the outdoor opportunities in the area.
  • I stopped in at The Hike House to see if they might be able to make some photography spot suggestions. Derek came through with some great suggestions and tips. And I never felt like the information was a bargaining chip just used to get me to buy something. Yeah, I'm in marketing so I know that they want me to buy something and that good service often leads to sales, but I didn't FEEL like that was the goal. It was like having a conversation with a friend you know from the area, who happens to work at a hiking store. I did buy a map, because it had the detail I was looking for and Derek was willing to mark it up with me, and some hiking socks. Hey, I needed some new socks anyway and I figured I might as well give the business to them for providing such great service. Big thanks to Derek and The Hike House, I'll be back.
