  • We met with this group last night. Unfortunately it was too cloudy to see much. The clouds rolled in unexpectedly, and since we didn't get the full experience they refunded our money. We did get about half an hour of the experience and it was wonderful. There were around 40 people there and we were broken off into groups of 10. We had our own guide and he was very knowledgeable. Even without the telescope and guide I would have gladly paid this for the empty field, chair and warm blanket. The night sky with no interruptions was beautiful. It was so lovely we are tempted to try it again before we leave in hopes of a more cooperative sky.
  • Just seeing the night sky from the viewpoint was thrilling. Then, our astronomer guide enhanced the experience and helped create a truly remarkable appreciation for the enormity of the universe. We participated on February 15, 2017, and it was quite chilly at night. But they provided blankets and parkas for those who had not dressed appropriately. While in Sedona we also did a Pink Jeep Broken Arrow tour and took the Grand Canyon Railway from Williams to the Grand Canyon. All were awesome and each was distinctive in their own way. It would be unfair to rate them 1, 2 and 3, as all deserve being #1 among things to do in Sedona!!.
  • It had been rainy and cloudy for 2 days before so we were getting bummed, but it cleared up right before 6pm when they make the call. Our guide Wes was perfectly professional and funny, while being very knowledgeable. We saw so many shooting stars. It was the perfect way to end our last night in Sedona before going back to Chicago where you can't make out a single star.
