  • If you like rude, obnoxious, pushy and insulting store personnel then this is your place. The store employee attacked from the minutes we walked thorough the door. We are pretty knowledgable about...  more »

  • I really enjoyed my visit. A little off the beaten path, but a nice selection of art, jewelry, and pottery. The prices were good. The staff is really knowledgeable about their products and the artists. Ask for a tour, it doesn't take long and you will learn a lot.
  • We have discovered this place through internet research, and were curious about their shop as it claims to have hold various clay pots and other different items related to the indigenous Native American culture. When we arrived, we were greeted by miss Toby, who took it upon herself to show us around and further teach us about the culture and history behind each type of item. Her in depth knowledge resulted in more appreciation towards the details of each piece of art. The brief education that we have received was authentic in itself. We purchased two clay pots and one small bear, and even left with a couple of cards that give a brief explanation on how a certain pot or figurine was made. Overall, we are grateful for the kind and genuine gestures of miss Toby and miss Judy, and this shop has gifted us with one of a kind souvenirs in remembrance of our trip!
  • We had an amazing experience at Kachina House. The owner, Toby, is incredibly knowledgable and willing to share. We very much appreciated a tour of the store that included a history of the different peoples and pieces on display. The quality and beauty of her offerings are the best I've ever seen and sourced from direct relationships with the artists. Will certainly be back.
  • I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. My questions were answered quickly through email, and after I purchased the piece, it arrived quickly and very carefully packaged. It was just beautiful, exactly what the description and photo showed. I am so happy with my purchase, and I would certainly purchase again. Thank you!!!!
  • Beautiful store in Sedona with a HUGE fantastic selection - although it is a bit overwhelming at first. I felt their prices were fair and they were very helpful. I found the items I was looking for and enjoyed my shopping experience. The hugs from their dog Precious was a bonus 😀
