Hiking rewards you with views of the surrounding valleys and red cliffs from the top of a mesa. The trail is not difficult and can be easily traversed even by inexperienced hikers. It's accessible year-round and measures 2.1 km (1.3 mi) in one direction, around the edge of the mesa. It's always a good idea to bring sun protection and make sure you have enough water.
