(1.4/5 based on 25+ reviews on the web)
Lakeshore Mall is a regional, enclosed shopping mall located in Sebring, Florida, United States. It opened in 1992. Lakeshore Mall comprises 495972sqft of retail space, including five anchor stores: Belk, J.C. Penney, Kmart, Bealls and Sears (which was added in 1999). The mall also features more than sixty-five stores, as well as a food court and movie theater. In late 2007, the mall took the unusual step of requiring all high-school aged and younger youths to leave the property by 9pm.The drawing power of the Mall has attracted the attention of other retail builders. Plaza By The Mall has been built on an adjoining property attempting to cash in on some of the recognition. In May 2013, CBL & Associates Properties sold the mall to BVB Properties.

  • Old, not well kept, stores with lazy staff and poor selection. Not sure who they cater to but I was concerned for my safety at night.
  • It's okay. I got what I needed so I can't really complain. The arcade had at least thirty percent of their games out.
  • This mall is obviously struggling. Outside of the large anchor stores like JC Penny and Sears you can count the number of name brand stores on one hand, while it is great to see small mom and pop type...  more »

  • The large department stores are fine, but the mall isn't a nice mall in terms of both asthetics and content. Very few compelling reasons to go here for the past 5 years.
  • WOW!!! This mall needs a MAJOR overhaul...reboot....rebuild....it's just a really depressing place to walk through. It has the size and potential maybe just needs the right leadership to get it in the right direction. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it does have a Vitamin World and a Movie theater but really the theater could use a nice overhaul as well.
  • Lots of great stores. Cindy's Nails is the best place to get manicure & peidcure.
  • This mall is slowly going under in my opinion. It doesn't have many stores and the movie theater 🎥 is not very good. Seats are uncomfortable and prices are to high for the quality given.
  • Is a nice place to go shopping because is not full of people at all, is a quiet place, maybe is not good for businesses but for me as a customer it is because you are never in a rush, and yo can take your time in every shop.
