Mel Fisher's Treasure Museum is located at 1322 U.S. Highway 1, Sebastian, Florida. It houses exhibits on archaeology and the 1715 Spanish treasure fleet. Taffi Fisher, Mel Fisher’s daughter, opened the museum in December 1992 in an old abandoned fire station after renovating the building. The museum included a working conservation laboratory used to preserve artifacts recovered from underwater with an observation window for viewing conservation work from inside the museum.

  • Loved the museum, was so informative. Loved the African American exhibit. I enjoyed the jewelry store even though I could afford anything.

  • It doesn't take long to go through and it's a fun way to learn about the ship wrecks along the FL coast. Lots of coins, maps and treasures. A nice way to spend a rainy afternoon

  • Great way to get up close with some of the treasure of the Spanish Plate fleet. Pick up an actual gold bar ! Lots of artifacts plus a great movie. Must visit for treasure hunters.
  • its very intresting fun and clean have i NOTHING bad to say about it even though it was a little boring during the video very cool stuff
