Among the foreigners, who want to know the Seattle in a short time to people who want to experience a real recommendation. Boeing flight Museum, it took 3 hours. Can I get on the presidential plane air force one lot of airplanes, looking at just around the corner. Here is full of foreigners. It is recommended.

  • The Seattle Waterfront is a must see. The area was clean and inviting along with many places to purchase food and picnic or enjoy the view while eating in a restaurant.  more »
  • There are shops, restaurants, museums, attractions and lots to do on the waterfront. From lite meals to fine dining, desserts and souvenirs, plan on spending some time at the waterfront. It is walking...  more »

  • Great location, nice rooms and all rooms I have stayed in have a balcony, which I really like. It's nice that it's on the water but a lot of the rooms/balconies actually face each other in the courtyard. Parking is outrageous ($61/day for valet not including tip). Right near a nice walking park and really close to lots of restaurants and things to do but be prepared to walk up really steep hills to get to where you want to be.
  • Great amenities. Enjoyed my stay very much. Can't beat the location on the waterfront near the pier. About a 7 minute walk to Pike's Place Market. Food was top notch and a very nice bar and restaurant area. Rooms were clean with good amenities.
  • If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around... Great amenities. Enjoyed my stay very much. Can't beat the location on the waterfront near the pier. About a 7 minute walk to Pike's Place Market. Food was top notch and a very nice bar and restaurant area. Rooms were clean with good amenities.
  • I visited the bar to meet with some friends. The bar was nice, however I didn't pick up the tab so I have no idea what pricing is like. I really enjoyed the cozy tables and couches to sit and talk. I felt like we had our own private area. I would come back again if I was visiting this hotel.
  • Friendly staff and housekeeping did a good job, but only a few stars because lots of things could have been better (like other Marriott's do well). Baby crib was not delivered until 7:30. I asked before I checked in, when I checked in, then called twice. They told me that it would be delivered at 6 but still didn't show up until much later. The bed sheets has a few stains in them Room service was fast, but the food was cold The hotel is a little old so you can hear the other rooms. The AC, heating is also loud... And the fridge is really loud. Still better then a lot of hotels but not what you expect for the Marriott brand and price.

Where to stay in Seattle

Famous for its architecture, Seattle's downtown area features a range of lodging options, including high-end hotels offering expensive rooms with views over Elliott Bay. Remember that despite their prices, many hotels in this waterfront district provide rather small rooms. If you need more space but don't want to break the bank, head out of downtown to some of the city's outlying neighborhoods. Seattle's diverse suburbs offer affordable bed and breakfasts, providing you with all the comforts of home and allowing you to see what local life is really like.
