  • We were visiting Pioneer Square and saw the store on the corner. We went in and they were closing in about 10-15 minutes. The staff welcomed us and engaged us in some of their items. They have fun reg...  more »
  • While the store doesn't see too big from outside it just keeps going once you are inside. There are stuffed animals, books, a whole room of puzzles and a giant game section. All age groups are covered...  more »
  • I adore the Magic Mouse and visit it every time I am in Seattle. Beyond having a wonderful selection of toys - games, stuffed animals, books, sticker books, building toys - the staff is lovely and eve...  more »

  • This is a fun store with lots of interesting toys. The owner doesn't seem to like kids much, at least I think it's the owner. It's an older gentleman. We visited twice. The first time it was with three adults (me, my husband and a friend). This man was super nice, I remember him talking about how you don't have to be a kid to have fun. Then my husband and I came back with our 2 year old son having good memories of the place. We browsed the toys and were very respectful to put everything in its place. When I went to pay for a few things (and the prices aren't that good) I regretted it because the treatment was like we were bothering this man by daring to give him money. Needless to say we won't be back.
  • i recommend this. the toys are fun. i got some adult swim toys. i think they could offer more fun stuff. it's not that expensive, and it's limited. it's for teenagers and adults, but not the little ones.
  • Independent toy store with a great selection of fun toys and games. Be sure to go downstairs and play with the samples of games and puzzles.
  • Rude! Never coming back here! Waited 10 minutes while a girl wrapped a package when I finally politely asked if the register was open she rudely said "It will be when I'm done, or you can go upstairs" no apolgizes for delay. So I went upstairs to find a long line. 2 Saturdays before Christmas and they only have 2 people on register! I guess they don't want sales because I just walked out! Going to go make my purchases on Amazon, with service like this it's no wonder small stores are dying!
  • So much cool stuff. Much more on the lower level. It's like an old school tot store. Very few of these left now. I hope it never dies.

Where to stay in Seattle

Famous for its architecture, Seattle's downtown area features a range of lodging options, including high-end hotels offering expensive rooms with views over Elliott Bay. Remember that despite their prices, many hotels in this waterfront district provide rather small rooms. If you need more space but don't want to break the bank, head out of downtown to some of the city's outlying neighborhoods. Seattle's diverse suburbs offer affordable bed and breakfasts, providing you with all the comforts of home and allowing you to see what local life is really like.
