  • Lincoln Park is a wonderful park located in West Seattle. It's easy to get to. A large section for children. Lots of great places to view the water and the mountains. Definitely worth a visit.  more »
  • Drive to West Seattle, or take the 'C' line (bus beats slogging through the jammed roads). When you get to the Park, pick any trail or walkway in and start exploring... just don't trample the forest f...  more »

  • This park is one of the reasons I felt so strongly about making my move to the Pacific Northwest. A nice wooded path leads you to the beach below. There is a paved pathway that goes for quite a bit. Tons of dogs and families, which is always nice to see! I've seen the occasional food truck come by on weekends. You can tuck into one of the various pieces of driftwood on shore and just watch the water. It is really a beautiful place.
  • Great and underrated park. Tons of space to explore with lots of trails and fun things to do. Very pet and kid friendly. Also check out Coleman pool along the beach open during the Summers.
  • This beautiful park is snuggle up to the Puget Sound. You are treated to wonderful walkways and beautiful park scenery before you make it down to the beach. The views out over the water are soul-filling. It's a great beach to walk along, but in areas down by the water it is very rocky. The breezes from the Sound fill your lungs. Lot of things to do it the park but it is very spread out.
  • Gorgeous views, lovely trails down through the trees to the beach! Great outdoor saltwater pool for seasonal swimming and family fun! Wonderful place for company picnics or family reunions, as well as, just gathering w/a few friends to b b q & play Frisbee or stroll along the beach with your dogs! I love this park!
  • Always a fun visit. Some part of it reminds me of Stanley Park of Vancouver. Beautiful view of ferry and Puget Sound. Very family friendly and a public pool.
