  • My husband still talks about this place! We went to several breweries during our time in Seattle and this one was probably the best! We enjoyed our flight before heading to the next one!  more »
  • Disappointed after popping in for a quick lunch. The server was rude and unwelcoming. The restaurant has a very locals only feel to it and I wouldn’t recommend it for someone looking to make the most ...  more »
  • This place was the best beer we found in Seattle. The bar tender, Tyson, was awesome. He shared his suggestions for a great brew and even made me a "small" drink. We stopped by twice and received noth...  more »

  • Every time I go to Elysian Capitol Hill, I'm reminded why I love it so much. The beer is great, the menu is small -good for indecisive people-, and the food is delicious. The wait staff is always smiling. It's apparent they love their jobs. And I love love love that it has an old school Seattle vibe to it. It's not decked out in hipster nonsense. Also, there's a girl named Minnow sitting next to me at the bar. I think she got lost.
  • Definitely one of the best beers in Seattle. The place is old but has some iconic design. Food was great. Definitely the pretzel is a no brainer with a good beer. they made us our day by opening on December 24rd when many others where closed. Definitely coming back!
  • So, I've never been to the location, but I am in Seattle for work and have been trying local beers. I came across Elysian Night Owl Pumpkin Ale and I was instantly in love. I normally avoid pumpkin beers because they aren't refreshing and normally too heavy for it's own good, but this pumpkin ale is fantastic! Not heavy at all. It's refreshing and it is like drinking pumpkin pie! That doesn't describe it as well as it should. Let me put it this way: I had a sip and instantly messaged my sister to ask her if she can help me take every barrel brewed back to Pennsylvania. Best pumpkin beer I've ever had; best WA beer I've had so far (and I've tried quite a few!)
  • The server was So good she was like a ninja. Always ready when the glasses were low but never pushy.
  • Great beers! That space dust IPA is pretty hard to beat. I liked it better than their seasonal IPAs.

Where to stay in Seattle

Famous for its architecture, Seattle's downtown area features a range of lodging options, including high-end hotels offering expensive rooms with views over Elliott Bay. Remember that despite their prices, many hotels in this waterfront district provide rather small rooms. If you need more space but don't want to break the bank, head out of downtown to some of the city's outlying neighborhoods. Seattle's diverse suburbs offer affordable bed and breakfasts, providing you with all the comforts of home and allowing you to see what local life is really like.
