  • Went on the tour with one of the owner's as our guide. It's an interesting process on how they make whiskey, vodka & gin. You finish off with a tasting. You won't be disappointed.
  • Popped in to sample some spirits and had a great time. Did not have time for the tour unfortunately, but the sales/sample staff had a good grasp of everything and had info sheets for what they didn't ...  read more »

  • Outstanding vodka that you will actually enjoy on its own. Their whiskey just came out and is smooth and delicious. They also make a fine gin. We went to the tasting room and were served a sampling of each sprit. The fellow behind bar was interesting, knowledgeable, and friendly. The space highlights the importance of copper and shows off some quality woodwork. You should go there, drink their liquor and enjoy the waterfront. The end.
  • This is a cool place and the alcohol is tasty. I tried the gin sampler, and I got a walk-though with the distilling process and education of the various gin flavours. so good I had to order a bottle and have it shipping to California. The sherry barrel-aged gin makes a good drink! Also fun to look at all of the distilling equipment, visible through the windows. Looks like an art and a science.
  • The vodka is by far the best vodka I've ever had. Fruity, floral, and very smooth. Would be great in a vodka heavy drink.
  • The Distillery tour was awesome, but of course, the best part, was the tasting! It was really fun and educational to see and learn how whisky, gin and vodka were made, and our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and obviously passionate about what they do! Thanks! :)
  • The owner is very knowledgeable about distilling, and I enjoyed hearing about how they craft each of their products.
