  • While eating dinner at Elliot's I ordered a whiskey. The bartender said, "if you like ___, you've got to try Copperfield!" and brought my over a sample. It was pretty darn good! So good, actually, that the next day I went to the distillery and purchased a bottle to take gone with me!
  • Really pleasant micro distillery! Not far from the ferries to Bainbridge and Bremerton, they've got a tasting room in the front that's open to the public. When we went there, we had a tasting of their vodka, gin, a cask-finished gin (which was really nice - one of the few gins I enjoy straight) and a very good single malt whiskey (reminded me a little of High West's Campfire whiskey - very, very tasty stuff). If you don't live in Seattle, Copperworks can ship you bottles of their spirits - if you do, they'll waive the cost of the tasting.
  • I really enjoyed the barrel aged gin. Super cool copper distilling equipment. Friendly staff. Nice tasting room
  • Love this place! Their gin is to die for. Beautiful stills and some incredible wood finishing in the tasting room
  • Knowledgeable staff - great product. Really enjoyed the tasting flight - especially the cask aged gin!
