  • Well done vodka and gins. Vodka is smooth based on their unique style; they start with beer. Then infused with their herbs, the gins were great. Whiskey was okay, very bourbon-like but the others more...  more »
  • Came for a "class" on mixing and creating our own version of whiskey and it was fascinating. Their spirits are definitely worth the time to taste and savor. Be prepared to have to decide which bottle ...  more »
  • I happened to drop in and did a tasting. $10 to taste 4 tiny samples. The gin was amazing. Junipery but also citrus and pine scents. Really good, and I'm not even a huge gin fan. The copper stills wer...  more »

  • This is a cool place and the alcohol is tasty. I tried the gin sampler, and I got a walk-though with the distilling process and education of the various gin flavours. so good I had to order a bottle and have it shipping to California. The sherry barrel-aged gin makes a good drink! Also fun to look at all of the distilling equipment, visible through the windows. Looks like an art and a science.
  • Outstanding vodka that you will actually enjoy on its own. Their whiskey just came out and is smooth and delicious. They also make a fine gin. We went to the tasting room and were served a sampling of each sprit. The fellow behind bar was interesting, knowledgeable, and friendly. The space highlights the importance of copper and shows off some quality woodwork. You should go there, drink their liquor and enjoy the waterfront. The end.
  • Great liquor. Good tasting very nice staff
  • Nice distillery with excellent spirits. Tastings are fun and the stills are beautiful.
  • The vodka is by far the best vodka I've ever had. Fruity, floral, and very smooth. Would be great in a vodka heavy drink.
