  • A group of 6 of us came for the tour. We learned so much about distilling Whisky/Vodka/Gin and then got to taste them all! It was an awesome tour and so cheap! Apparently the other owner focuses on so...  more »

  • This was one of our last destinations on our vacation to Seattle. It was recommended time and time again by the community and we are so glad we made time to check out the distillery and tasting room. We felt welcome and Jason did an excellent job showing his enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject of not just Distilling but brewing. We ordered some of the Whiskey and Barrel Aged Gin and if money was no object we would have bought everything available. If you like delicious spirits and a community centric business you should definitely check these guys out!
  • Amazing spirits. The owners and their small team of dedicated staff make this place something truly great on the heart of Seattle. Try their Gin it's unique blend of botanicals is unlike any other I have ever had.
  • Simply fantastic. Friendly, experienced staff share everything about the whiskey making world - your're part of the family. Five malts in that whiskey, you've got to try it for yourself.
  • I stopped in after lunch while I was visiting Seattle. The employees were very friendly and shared the history of Copperworks and how it came to be. They offered a flight for $10 but I stuck with the whiskey and really enjoyed it. I bought a bottle so the tasting was on the house. If I had space in my luggage they have an old fashion mix I would have bought too.
  • Delicious spirits. Did the tour and tasting with Jason. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. Answered any and all our questions. Would definitely recommend.

Where to stay in Seattle

Famous for its architecture, Seattle's downtown area features a range of lodging options, including high-end hotels offering expensive rooms with views over Elliott Bay. Remember that despite their prices, many hotels in this waterfront district provide rather small rooms. If you need more space but don't want to break the bank, head out of downtown to some of the city's outlying neighborhoods. Seattle's diverse suburbs offer affordable bed and breakfasts, providing you with all the comforts of home and allowing you to see what local life is really like.
