  • From the mini donuts to the fresh flowers, Sunday at the market is worth every weekend! I could always find a deal on produce, Grandma got a bouquet, and daughter a trinket at the oddities shop. Fresh organic honey and smoked salmon samples still couldn't distract us from the European pastry lady. As with all Farmer's Markets the earlier the better, but I've never come home empty handed, even at 3:00 pm.
  • There is a complete street dedicated to merchants under tents. Most products are created or brought in from the farms. There are some products that sell out immediately, so it is best to be there by 10:30, in order not to miss out.
  • My favorite farmers market. The association that operates this farmers market is a for profit but they do a really good job of blending farmers, bakers, artisans and musicians. It always feels like a festival. Does not hurt that the neighborhood is uber cool. Only prob is parking. But that’s a problem that will only get worse so if you find a place: celebrate!
  • Ok. Five stars for what it is. A truly wonderful farmers market filled with vendors who are making the world a better place. You can get everything - protein, awesome fruit and veggies, fish, plants. The only thing that sucks is the completely oblivious yuppies walking around in their spotless muck boots and filson gear, getting in your way and not paying any attention to their dog or child. For real, if you can ignore the dummies you will come away with tons of awesome food.
  • This may be my favorite farmers market at the moment. It is set in an area with lots of great shops and restaurants, so you get those benefits as well as the excellent market. The market itself had a great variety of vendors from the expected fruit and vegetables to food and drink vendors and crafted items. I was glad to see my favorite Verraci Pizza was there even with a brick and mortar not far away. It looks like this is a year round market, so it will be interesting to see how it changes through the seasons.
