Create an itinerary including Alki Beach
View the city skyline, glimpse orcas and sea lions offshore, and play beach volleyball at Alki Beach. Rent kayaks and paddleboards, ride a bike down the paved path, and roller-skate while you take in the views of the nearby mountain ranges. Eat and drink at one of the many nearby restaurants, or pack food to eat at the picnic tables. Street parking is available nearby, but it fills quickly--consider taking the ferry from the city and then the free shuttle bus to the beach instead. Plan your visit to Alki Beach and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our Seattle trip planner.

  • Don't even bother to try to go here on a nice day. Worse than San Diego!!! Too many wanna be gangstas rollin around in their 70's Monte Carlo. Acting like they are all that. NOT FUN!

  • Great place to go for a walk along the beach in seattle. Cute little beach where you can access the water for paddle boarding, kayaking and such. Lots of driftwood and very rocky but great views...
