  • My husband is a member. He really likes it. It's climate controlled so not out in the Arizona sun and heat so that is really nice! The "lanes" are a bit smaller than the outdoor ranges but big enough ...  read more »
  • I just went there twice with my dad. It is a very nice range. Prior to shooting, they require that people watch a safety video; which is a feature that I like. The range is clean and the staff members...  read more »
  • Enjoy the Date Night Special, it was a blast and the staff are super pleasant and really know their stuff !!!
  • Love this place. The range staff are helpful, fun and don't possess a 'God complex' like so many other range officers do at other ranges. I have purchased two firearms from here. Only time I felt disrespected was by some rude kid wearing an arm brace who gave me the white eye, spoke sarcastically and was overall a little brat when I went to pick up some .380-AUTO ammo. Rest assured if I ever see this kid again I will ask for service from somebody else because the rest of the staff is kind.
  • This place is great. Good ranges. Good staff. Great selection of rental guns. Great classes. My Son and I love going there together.
  • Interesting reading someone complain about SGC and then they slip in an add for a competitor. Gee, wonder where they work. I've been using this location for 12 years, excellent service, excellent range. If you don't like it here, you have a problem which is not an SGC problem. BTW, those other stores, no range. I have had numerous firearms maintained or repaired and or modified by their gunsmiths, and received training via numerous classes that they offer. Not the cheapest, but well worth the money, you get what you pay for.
  • The range is fantastic. Easily the best indoor range I've been to. The staff makes sure everyone is safe but won't freak out and scream at you for a minor mistake. It's well ventilated and air conditioned. The range and rental fees are pretty decent, even though the ammo prices are on the high side. Everything else, not so great. Everything in the store is overpriced. Even though most items are priced at MSRP, all other gun stores, online or local, have prices well below MSRP. The sales staff seem like they're under too much pressure to sell. They're kinda pushy and will tell half truths or stretch the truth about an item to sell it. Gunsmithing also takes forever, even though they do decent enough work. Trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone besides customer service (gunsmith, manager, etc.) is nearly impossible. In summary, use the range but avoid the store.
  • Worst experience I've ever had with a firearms dealer. We ordered 2 glock LE packages back in December. We gave them a call to check once a month for 4 months, each time getting a different story as to why they weren't in. We finally got a hold of someone that knew what they were doing and they told us that the guns had never been ordered by them. They ordered them and it is now another month later and only 1 of our guns has shown up. When we went in to pick the one up and tried to voice our concerns, the staff was very rude and again gave us more stories as to what happened. Once the other gun shows up we will never be shopping here again.
