  • I have to say I am very pleased with our stay here. The room was clean and ready for us when we checked in however I did pre-check in online so that made it super easy. The water park is more for young children which I happen to love for my 9 yr old there was a lot that he was able to do. The other activities offered are great as well like the Magi Quest where you get to use a wand and everything during the game in which you can complete adventures or quests. They have an arcade putt putt golf course, little kids bowling alley and so much more. Not to mention some activities they offer are FREE. The best cost effective way to experience mostly everything is by purchasing a Wolf Pass which we got for $99. The value of everything we got exceeded this for sure. Food was good for the most part some of it pricier than others. The biggest thing was my interaction with the retail manager at this location Christian. He went above and beyond to help me make my son happy. He was very understanding and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be back. Thank you Great Wolf Lodge!!!
  • Mission log star date 882021 So far it has been a pleasant journey into the unknown. Got here at 1: 00 went swimming got her rooms at 4: 00pm with a free upgrade, Wolf den to a bear cave dramatic difference. Mission log star date 892021 As we continue to explore this massive area of wilderness we come across a pizza place. At first we thought this pizza place was going to be great it's going to be amazing. But we order our food at 1:57 handed one of those futuristic space disc that tells us when our food's ready. 40 minutes later that this thing still hasn't goes off we go up and our food was ready the whole time. But not all of our food. So we go back up and say something and it wasn't even cooked yet. We got no sauces and no cheesy garlic bread. 5 to 10 minutes later we finally get our cheesy garlic bread making the grand total over 60 minutes to get our complete order. it is completely overcooked it's so hard that it can cut the top of your mouth... Aside from the charcoal flavored cheesy garlic bread, the wings were pretty good it would have been better if we had our sauces.
  • The opportunity to visit this location was truly a dream! We headed that way to celebrate a birthday and we couldn't have experienced anything better. From the information leading to the trip to the complete care on site, we felt this was the most at ease we had been in a long time. On our way home my husband and I remarked that we were in shock as to how kind everyone was. Why? The team. They went to the effort to make the experience incredible, for everyone. From Cabana's to Waterslides, Candy to Ice Cream the 24 hours we spent at the resort were priceless. I am so grateful to have this incredible experience close to home and hope to visit again soon!
  • The hotel itself is nice. They manage to pull off the rustic look and. The rooms are nice but sparsely furnished. We had a kid cabin room and the kids loved having their own area with their own TV even though we didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep. This is a place for kids and as long as you're not expecting anything like the Beverly Hills Hylton you won't be disappointed. The food selection is pretty basic and pretty much everything on site shuts down between 8-10pm so there's no night life to speak of on premises. The water park itself is very nice and well maintained. It's clean and there's lots of lifeguards around watching the kids and maintaining order. The kids absolutely loved it and we had to pry them out of the water every day. In all I'd say that our experience was great with the exception of the last night when we had people over us that were just plain ignorant letting what sounded like a couple of big kids run around and jump off the beds. This went on until I finally went down to the front desk at 1:30am (no short walk from our room) I had called down at 12.30am to no avail but after going down it stopped around 1:45 but my wife was so mad she didn't get much sleep that night. In all I'll give it 4 stars because my kids had a great time and that's why we went
  • This place is very kid friendly to both your children and your inner child. There are a ton of activities to ensure that your kids always have something to do. They have kid yoga, story time, a dance party there is even a Wizard Quest game. A water park that has toddler friendly rides, little kids friendly rides teenage/adult friendly rides. There is an arcade if you don't want to do the water park but there is something for children of all ages. As a parent do not expect to come here with your child and you're going to relax because there's too many events and activities that your kids is going to want to go to. If your child has a birthday there is a birthday package where they give them like balloons and a cake. It's a very adorable setup for children. But they are going through renovations right now until 2023.
