  • This is a great place to take a walk in the woods next to a creek or up a small mountain. Good trails, accessibility, and views. Saw my first bald eagle in the wild flying here!  more »
  • Loved the preserve, lovely drive through it to the zoo... loved fording the creek, and seeing the elk and buffalo!  more »
  • Sept 5 couldn't go to our beaches in NY due to tropical storm Hermine so decided to let the kids cool off in the Jordan creek. All the tables were occupied along the creek so I put a chair out on the ...  more »

  • Great multi-use park. Lots of running/hiking and mountain biking trails. The big game wildlife is very unique and something not usually seen while hiking in PA. There are also great views of the area all over the property. One thing to note: some trails do not have much shade, especially the trexler boarder trail. If you're going for a long outing on a hot day, make sure to read the trail descriptions on the trail map. It gets very hot!
  • This is one of my favorite places to visit in the valley. The trails are very well maintained and there isn't a bad view in the whole park. Coming here offers such different and beautiful experiences during each season. If you've never been here I would highly recommend it.
  • cool trails, observation deck, and location. a nice bit of nature in an ever growing urban sprawl.
  • Had a wonderful day at the Boo at the Zoo! 🎃🎃
  • Lots of great hiking trails and top notch MTB trails. Lots of climbing on the MTB trails but the descents are worth it.
