  • I brought my nephew here months ago and he absolutely loved it. He couldn't get enough and talks about going back to this day. It was a fun time with less to do than I thought but there is a game room that even I had fun in. It's a good trip for younger kids.
  • They are cramming people in this place at almost $20/head... why can't they fix the broken crap and give it a good cleaning? Something nasty growing up the mirrors in the ladies room and dirty ... had just opened too. The Kingdom ride broke while we were on it. Said they had to restart it but just shoved us out the exit without letting us jump back in line or anything. "Factory tour" gimmicky with some lame excuse to cover up that part of it was broken. The "build your car" did not have enough wheels for all the kids being shoved through there to build anything. My 8 year old got frustrated and walked away. My 6 year old was too intimidated by the pushy adults trying to scramble for pieces and walked away disappointed. The 3D glasses were dirty and spotted in the movie. Are these cleaned at all?? I'm only giving this 2 stars because my 6 year old son LOVES legos and overall had fun. My 8 year old son was disappointed and frustrated. Will never come back. Not worth the $ at all.
  • It was very fun taking my toddler son there. We enjoyed playing with the Legos and seeing all the exhibits. Although he was too small to get on the ride, he was free so it was OK. The 4D movie was only 3D.
  • Lego is an institution. The company has worked hard at making a quality product and an amazing reputation. They do so much so well. We have enough Lego's at home to build an addition on to our house. The Lego Company should be paying close attention to these Legoland attractions, which have little to do with them and are owned by Merlin Entertainment, but look like they are from Lego for obvious reasons. This particular store does nothing but tarnish Lego's great reputation. This place isn't much better than a traveling carnival show. The employees are rough around the edges and are overworked. The rides were broken-down and neglected. The food was awful and the counter where you order the food from was a mess. The movie was a joke and, if you call having a fan in the room "4D" then you might just like this place. The "factory tour" was a complete and uninspiring waste of time. There was nothing factory-like about it and the employee giving the tour was obnoxious. Then you get to the store. It was a mess - boxes and other items all over the floor. Some of the boxes on the shelves had been handled so much, they were crushed. The line was not managed well. As other reviewers pointed out, it is REALLY not worth the money. Let's not forget this is all promoting a retail product!!! In the end they fully expect you to "have" to dish out $60-$100 in Lego sets. The fact that they require admission at all is ridiculous, much less the outrageous amounts they ask for. Lego should take this place over immediately.
  • This lego land is way too smaller than the one in CA. And the maintenance level is kind of low. 1st day I visited there, A blackout happened. The whole facility was closed and visitors were evacuated. 2nd day I came back again, the elevator didn't work. Don't waste your time watching 4D movie. The 3d glasses don't work at all. All you can see is blurry pic.
