  • Worth the visit but WARNING to people with orthopedic issues. The cobblestones are very uneven and folks with issues or elderly need to be careful. Savannah is humid and HOT from May through September...  more »
  • A really good place to wander along amongst old historic buildings, shady areas, shops, restaurants and a buzz of people.  more »
  • The Savannah River walk is really rich in history and old charm. There's a ton of original buildings dating back to the 1700's, with cobblestone streets and old brick work. There's a lot of cool shops...  more »

  • Enjoyed it! Was here for the 4th of July festivities. Lots to see and do while we were here. Be prepared to walk as parking is limited. Wear comfortable shoes. Prices in shops and restaurants along the river were good too! Loved the riverboats and view.
  • This little waterfront plaza is really a dreamy little spot. We came on a nice sunny day and enjoyed walking through all of the shops and even enjoying a little snack down the way. (Very French Quarter feeling)
  • Lovely walkway next to the river. Seats to sit and take in the views. We even spotted a dolphin! Beautiful day and night. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
  • Beautiful view of the water and gravel walkway. Every few mins a boat passes by which is an awesome site. There are a variety of stores to explore in, a little something for everyone can be found here.
  • Great choice of shops! Love the local spots. Good food selection. Like that you can walk and drink simultaneously.
