  • Have loved this place since I was a child. Now I'm a bit older and still love it. It is my home. Born here proud to be from here. Never a shortage of things to do or see.
  • An amazing place for a walk and some beer. The place has really good shops that you’d want to check out. Do visit this during night as well. This street is a must visit if you’re planning to visit Savannah.
  • Savannah is a drinking town and River Street fully supports that effort. You can walk down the River Street which is a working waterfront and tourist destination. You will find artists along with shops. You can also ride the Georgia Queen if you want to be floating down the Savannah River.
  • Great people watching spot with solid views of massive barges on the river. Lots of random stores. Decently crowded with homeless people trying to sell you their palm frond crafts. You can saunter with a drink due to the lack of open container laws in Savannah.
  • Great place to watch people. Can imagine life in the 1700s. Loved the old architecture.
