  • This was worth the admission, one of the best home tours I have been on, the home is beautiful and the guide had lots of information.  more »
  • Enjoyed touring the house museum. Was tired from sightseeing all day and would have appreciated a quick respite on a chair but there weren't any I could use. I wound up sitting on some steps. The artw...  more »

  • This is a richly opulent mid nineteenth century museum/mansion. Much of the furnishings and artifacts are from the Low Family, with the balance being authentic period pieces. It is featured in Ghost and Gravestones Tour, which allows guests to photograph the premises!
  • Ok, so aside from the ghosts that haunt this place, I saw some major construction concerns that I do not think actually passed inspection. What's the deal with those handrails? They do a better job as a tripping hazard! I mean the come up to my knees for goodness sake! I don't know what those 19th century architects were thinking.
  • Great tour! The tour guide was friend and very informative. The house is truly amazing and we'll kept. It was one of the stops on the trolley we took and would recommend seeing it if you have time.
  • Awesome house. We did a "ghost tour" to visit this at night and it was really neat to experience it.
  • Beautifully decorated. Lots of history. Or guide was very knowledgeable.
