  • It was a beautiful place that you can take the while family. The location was close and continent. The stay was comfortable and I think I will go again
  • Took a Kyak out to the lighthouse. It was a very beautiful place with a fantastic view on the Hundson.
  • A lovingly restored lighthouse built on a sandbar at the confluence of the Hudson and Esopus Rivers. A short trail connects the parking lot to the lighthouse — just be mindful that it's inaccessible at high tide (so check the tide tables on their website). Best experienced right before the trail closes at sunset. Note that there are 2 rooms available for rent here, but you'll have to book way in advance.
  • You can apparently rent the rooms at the lighthouse, seems like it would be great
  • Very nice Scenic Historic Site excellent views of the Hudson River
