  • This is a beautiful old racetrack. It gets very busy during racing season. So much so that homeowners charge for parking on there lawns. During a race you will see everyone is dressed in their finest. Adults and children alike will enjoy a day at the races here whether dining, drinking, or watching the ponies run.
  • Saratoga Racetrack was a great deal of fun and excitement for the entire family. As non-bettors we were still able to enjoy the races, see the horses up close and watch as other spectators stressed over picking winners. On the Sunday we attended, there was a Taste of New York pavilion, as well as local artisans exhibiting thier crafts. The food wasn't as great or healthy as we had hoped, but there were a few Saratoga Springs staples and a few high-end food trucks. There's also plenty of live music and cold beer through the the facility. Absolutely worth the inexpensive entrance fee and overall experience.
  • My first trip to Saratoga race course was in 2012. We went to enjoy Traverse day and it was a great thill. It is a summer delight for ease goers and pomp and show all over the place. Beautiful ease course any one can enjoy. It is totally a family atmosphere. Since then I went couple of times. Next summer don't forget to idiot Saratoga Race course!
  • Went to the track for the annual Harvest Festival. Facilities are well kept and the event was fun. The opening act Rich Ortiz was awesome. The guy is definitely a one man band. Then the dueling pianos from shake rattle and roll came on and you almost had to put earplugs in. Someone gave them $10 to stop playing one of their songs they were so awful. The event could be a hit if they got better entertainment but the beer was worth it.
  • Just love it here. A sprawling campus of horse racing and non-horse racing attractions. It's beautiful, well maintained, and a good value at only five dollars entry fee. Tip: pay the extra $3 for the Clubhouse! Better food available there!
