  • The best books in Saratoga county! I always can find a book on whatever I need to know about. I once lost my phone here and they promptly found me even before I realized it was missing. Great people!
  • Cool place. Lots of books and other things. Over priced though.
  • I love the small charm of the bookstore but the employees really ruined it for me. They are not very personable and overall seem very smug and unhappy. My children love the upstairs children's section but one of the women there gave us a dirty look when my child and his friend each wanted their own bag for the books they picked out. Really? Is it that much of an inconvenience? No one smiles when checking out upstairs or downstairs - the customer service experience on different occasions was not impressive. We'll be heading over to Barnes where they actually like bending over backwards and helping people.
  • Great independent bookstore. Dog friendly.
  • The charm and feel of the Manchester store is not translated well in this Saratoga iteration. It offers fine books, it seems that a Barnes and Noble has more character however, and that's a shame. A small bookstore like this is capable of offering ingenuity in its design, layout and offering. Saratoga Northshire missed the mark.
