  • Bounce Down Under has been our 8 year old son's favorite bouncy place since this place opened several years ago. We have been to SkyZone and Jumpin Fun, but sometimes the bigger kids over run those tr...  more »
  • I visited last week with my son and he had a ball. Lots of different bouncy castles to go on. Plenty of areas for adults to sit. Also extra points for not having a time limit for the kids to play - un...  more »
  • Took four of our grandchildren to Bounce Down Under and they loved it. There was a special area for the 4 year old and the older grandchildren exhausted themselves on all the other bounce choices. The...  more »

  • Worst customer service ever. Even when I talked to the manager discussing a walk in party (for me a concept that's just wrong, because what they're saying is basically-only if you spend 180-240$ here you're worth of having a guaranteed room for a party here. But when you only want to have a little party with a couple kids, they don't get enough money out of you, so you're not first priority). I'm honestly so sad, because I love this place and my daughter loves it too. But that was just so wrong. I know I was trying to discuss things with the manager, but telling me that there is no more to say, and that she has a field trip standing in front of her that needs her attention just now, tells me this: She did not want to take the time for me because I wasn't worth it. And that's horrible! How about: I'm sorry, but if you give me your number I call you right back when I'm done with the field trip coming in? That's how it's done! Or how it should be!!! I'm just a mom trying to organize her daughters 4th birthday...no evil monster 😕. What a bad customer service...
  • Really fun place for kids. There is a mix of age specific areas. Great for birthday parties.
  • Loved this place, clean, friendly staff and my son had a blast. Will definitely visit again.
  • The kids live this place. Great for wearing down energetic kids. :)
  • Great concept a bunch of bounce houses all indoor and in one air conditioned location. Could use some upgraded safety features to keep kids safe, needs light bulbs changed, some repairs on houses, and a good cleaning. That's why they have you sign the waiver before you go in...
