  • St. Francis Vineyards found a gem in Karen! She was not just well informed, but fun and ebullient as well! SHE made our stop memorable and we look forward to enjoying the wines she recommended, that w...  read more »
  • Friendly and so easygoing. Great wines including ports. The chef there is one of the best in North America so try to score one of the very few seats available to be able to eat there. Karen in the tas...  read more »
  • A must-visit stop on the winery tour, even if it is a little "off the beaten path". It is worth every mile. St-Francis has always been a fave wine, so when we saw that it was top-rated with Open Table...  read more »
  • Just plain great. Wine educators are attentive and knowledgeable, and their wines across the board are fabulous for the price point. The food and wine pairing has never left me disappointed.
  • Practice cutting edge organic and sustainable winegrape farming practices.
  • Got there when the winery opened and wanted to stay for hours. Karen is such an asset to the winery. She was helpful, friendly, guest centered, and we bought several items besides wine. Great selection of gifts. The view is wonderful. We enjoyed the wine tasting because of the hospitality.
  • Keep in mind that these are light bites, but they are light on flavor as well. But the wines are very mild in taste so I guess that is why, but the food could have used more salt or flavor. The dishes overall were not bad, but the wine pairings were not too well thought out. It was also weird eating with people who scarfed down the meal immediately instead of savoring the tastes with each wine, but I do not hold that against the management. I think the idea that this is the best food in wine country is overrated. Sante', Girl and the Fig, Crisp, and Della Fattoria are better options if you are a foodie. The grounds are beautiful though, it was fun for the price, and we got to meet new people.
  • Really good wine and service here. They also had cheese when I visited to try and that was really good too. Theresa was out server and she was great. The image was super busy but she made sure we were taken care of. Very happy with this winery and we will be back.
