  • One of my favorite wineries for wine tasting. Price of tasting is very affordable ($15) and is waived if you buy a bottle of wine, which are also priced well - in $20-$30 range. The best part is that they encourage you to walk around, sit outside, etcetera and they come find you with the next wine in the tasting list. While technically speaking you can do this anywhere, this is the first place I didn't feel like I had to ask. They also have chickens walking around which are adorable, and colorful chairs under a tree facing the vineyard which makes for the most relaxing place to sit and sip.
  • Beautiful grounds. Amazing wine. I don't have enough adjectives to describe the knowledgeable and courteous staff! Henry was like a tour guide into a world both fascinating and diverse. Thanks Henry! I look forward to visiting your very own winery one day.
  • Staff really great! They allowed us to sit outside wherever we wanted and served us all the 5 wine tastings, one by one, in the chair facing the vineyards!!! Amazing service and experience!! Tasting was $10 but waved when I got a bottle!! Thanks a lot!!
  • Fantastic venue and great wine. Not only did we taste great wine and place an order for wines we cannot get at home, our host suggested a great place for lunch just down the road. It was 100+ degrees when we visited so we didn't order a picnic lunch but had the weather been cooler we would have. The grounds are beautiful and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly.
  • Amazing tasting. Incredible staff. Beautiful grounds. Highly recommend a visit.

Where to stay in Santa Rosa

The old claim that Santa Rosa is "Where Everything Comes Together" remains undeniably true, at least when it comes to its accommodations. Although you can always stay in San Francisco, just an hour to the south, Santa Rosa offers plenty of lodging options to suit every traveler's budget. You can choose from among luxury hotels, vacation rental homes, and inns, all within minutes of downtown. If you prefer to rough it in wine country, choose one of the area's rustic campgrounds.
