  • We heard about this museum years before we actually made the trip up.  Out in front of the museum are life size figures of Schultz's creation.  I was impressed that a museum was built for a "cartoon character" but for the "creator, I'm sure it was an honor!"   The inside was impressive with Schultz's drawings and other works of art throughout the museum.  There was also a display of a 50s furniture that he used in one of his comic strips.  His comic's strips were simple but had a huge effect on millions of followers.   The museum was well organized and had a lot of displays depicting Mr. Schultz's life and his cartoon strip of the Peanut's Gang.
  • We love this local museum not only for the exhibits but their events. We never miss the early new year's Eve party and we just discovered First Fridays movie nights. During winter and early spring they show some of Charles Schulz's favorite movies in the little theater with popcorn and candy. That was one of the most fun theater experiences ever! Also, summer camps that the kids will love.
  • Beautiful museum housing the largest collection of Peanuts artwork created by famous cartoonist Charles Schulz. The facilities are filled with light and history, a memory trip to the home of Charlie Brown and his beloved group of friends. The knowledgeable volunteer docents are helpful and friendly, they are great hosts in the home of Charlie and Snoopy. The Ice Rink and the Cafe are awesome, great place to meet with family and friends...love(:
  • What an incredible place, what an incredible man. This museum is a revelation on a man who transcended his own characters and made it possible, through comics, for all of us to play with the universal truth of love, compassion and wisdom.
  • An excellent museum of Schulz's work. Sometimes they try a bit hard to find something interesting related to cartooning, but still very interesting. As other's have mentioned, make sure to head over to Snoopy's Home Ice for the Snoopy museum and shop and the Ice arena where Charles Schulz indulged his love of hockey.
