  • Small aquarium at Santa Monica pier, or under it. Entrance fee was 5$/adult under 12 years old free with parents. Good fun for kids, not much to see for adults, a few fish tanks and info signs..  more »

  • Great little aquarium under SM pier. Key word; little. Displays with touch tanks raises money and awareness for Heal the Bay. If you want to spend a day at an aquarium, go to Long Beach. If you want t...  more »

  • We decided to go since we had bought the Malibu go pass, where you do as many things in a day as possible for one price. We don't ride in elevators (claustrophobic), and the staff was friendly enough to walk us down to the emergency exit and let us in that way. It was smaller than expected, but still really nice. We went in the morning and it wasn't crowded at all. My favorite was the jellyfish. They also had an area upstairs where you could see more animals and touch starfish. Overall, a positive experience.
  • Cute, but overpriced. I get it though, $ for research and other good things I suppose. It was a nice distraction for my kid who loves fish.
  • Smaller than you think, but fun to learn about the local habitat. Heal The Bay is also there, which works tirelessly to protect our coastline.
  • Cute little spot to see and learn about marine life. It is convenient to stop by if you are on the beach. My son enjoyed seeing the creatures.
  • Great aquarium. It's easy to get to and the feeding times are clearly listed. Only $5 per adult and kids 12 & under are free. All of the people that worked there were very informative and were happy to answer questions. Overall, it's a great place to visit if you're in that area.
