Where to stay in Santa Fe

Though the downtown area contains most of Santa Fe's finest hotels, you can find plenty of equally comfortable inns and motels just outside this busy central district. Remember also that most of the city's centrally located hotels raise their prices during the height of the tourist season, so it is essential to look for deals and make reservations well in advance. To experience the true spirit of outdoor New Mexico while on holiday, consider sleeping under the stars at a campground just a short drive from Santa Fe's major urban attractions.

  • This store is nice and big, from the gates you are welcomed by the nice crafts. Once inside you can find antiques as well as other items made in Mexico. Overall the lady was helpful and got a few nice items. Very colorful things to choose from.
  • There's some really great local art for sale here, and the owner is very chatty.
  • The best jewelry store in town, run by the nicest possible family.
  • One of the most amazing stores we stopped into in Santa Fe!
  • Excellent place to buy authentic jewelry and artwork!
