  • This should not be taken as a reflection of Santa Fe at all. Walked in and ask for pistachio ice cream that was on the menu and the lady responded with such disdain if my wife had not been with I woul...  more »

  • Awesome little chocolate shop, has all kinds of truffles, fudge and some of the best artisan caramel corn I've had. They also make great hot chocolate (real stuff no powder here), great on a cold day.
  • The real stuff, chocolate, lavender brittle, toffee in chocolate with pistachios, cappuccino, kind ladies with history and stories have helped me. The location on St. Francis is great when running to pick up a coffee and some thank you gifts as last stop if that shopping never happened (for others!) while downtown. I don't know of that many other coffee places in Santa fe that are locally owned, but this has been there a very long time and it's a gem.
  • This was the worst experience I had in Santa Fe. I actually felt the lady didn't want to serve because I didn't look like I was from Santa Fe. Asked for something that was on the menu and she rudely said they didn't have anything with pistachios. Never going back there.
  • The truffles will make everything right in the world .... but the truffles dark chocolate sea salt caramel will make it magical.
  • Love this place. In town for a conference and needed my espresso fix. Nice!

Where to stay in Santa Fe

Though the downtown area contains most of Santa Fe's finest hotels, you can find plenty of equally comfortable inns and motels just outside this busy central district. Remember also that most of the city's centrally located hotels raise their prices during the height of the tourist season, so it is essential to look for deals and make reservations well in advance. To experience the true spirit of outdoor New Mexico while on holiday, consider sleeping under the stars at a campground just a short drive from Santa Fe's major urban attractions.
