  • Noticed the museum was open as we were driving past. We turned around to go and see it and were very pleasantly surprised. It is well laid out, the exhibits are clean, well-labeled and coherent. Spent...  more »
  • All of the other reviews are right. This is a superb small museum, the staff is great and the exhibits frequently change. Apparently the schools all know it because a lot of teachers bring their class...  more »
  • This museum has old fashioned exhibits of wildlife from the Santa Cruz area. There is a nice small gift shop and activities for young children.  more »

  • Not awesome.. But definitely more exciting than I expected it to be. My kids are fortunately at the age where they were excited to explore the animals and cool natural history. We went to be able to park in there space next to the beach.. No lot but designated street parking... Although most people got a ticket for not noticing.. They also have this life size whale sculpture out front that is amazing to realize the real life size... I enjoyed this Lil pass threw.
  • Was an interesting place. Great for kids since they got a little pond that you can touch the fish and other creatures and the dead animals look very lively! The coyotes were my favorite šŸ¶
  • I love just about any municipal museum, including this one. Tiny yet interesting. Give them a donation on the way out.
  • Great natural history museum for kids and adults alike. Lots of different exhibits throughout the year. My son loves this place. And it's located right across from Seabright Beach. Kids will love climbing the huge whale outside.
  • Amazing Museum where you learn a lot...!
