  • Best place to begin to open your heart or to meet like minded people. ♡

  • This is my first review posted to Google, ever. I've never been as compelled as I am for this organization. A colleague posted a photo of a Gentle Barn farm animal she was sponsoring from afar on Facebook, and I was hooked. Hours later, I had signed up to sponsor my own. Somehow, I completely messed up my online sponsorship submission. The Gentle Barn called me the next morning to tell me that I had signed up to sponsor Addison the donkey for 12 months - every month. (Making Addison quite a rich gent!) They were so prompt and responsive about ensuring that my sponsorship order was straightened out, and what they are doing is so incredible. I can't wait to hear more about their success.
  • This place is a great place and the people who try killing these animals are disgusting
  • This place is doing great work. Bring your kids and educate yourselves. The volunteers are knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about their service. The Gentle Barn not only rescues animals but also provides a great service for at risk youth. Kids from rough situations or recovering from traumatic events can go to the Gentle Barn and learn from these animals how to heal and what it means to forgive. They can find something in common with the animals who came from horrific situations and have found peace - they can snuggle with each other and commune in their mutual understanding and respect.
