For a day of thrilling rides on some of the country's fastest roller coasters, visit Six Flags Magic Mountain. Featuring nine themed areas, the park contains nine zones each with its own distinct rides, attractions, and food venues. You can choose to spend a day in the American wilderness, visit a world filled with comic book superheroes, or attend a county fair atmosphere packed with carnival-style games. The park's roller coasters offer rides suitable for all ages, from low-speed train trips through scenic landscapes, to hair-raising plunges off a 15 m (50 ft) waterfall. Visit the movie-inspired section to catch live-action stunt shows, drive bumper cars, or traverse six upside-down turns (while standing up) on 1,300 m (4,300 ft) of steel track. Six Flags Magic Mountain Reviews
Had fun with our teenage kids. Lots of thrill seeking rides. They need to put more associates on cleaning up trash. Lots of trash around the ride lines and under ride tracks. Disappointing that ppl ca... more »
We were having a good time until we got to the Riddler’s revenge - my son got his arm crushed in one of the seats (and was screaming in pain) and the worker - Diana - started yelling at him making the... more »
絶叫など早い乗り物に乗りたいならユニバなどではなくここに来ましょう。ほんとにやばいレベルばっかりですごかったです。特にX2はすごかったです。LAから大体車で４０分から１時間くらいです。 more »If you want to take the early thrill rides at universal, but not shall I come here. Only by truly dangerous level. Especially the x 2 is amazing. LA roughly 40 minutes to 1 hour away.
Awesome theme park, best coasters on California easy. Pretty easy to navigate website. Pick the dates your going and the lines will be far shorter. Wear comfy shoes, you'll be on your feet all day, standing in line or walking ride to ride. Most thrill rides can have a minimum ride height of 48" better to be over 54" though. Lots of sun screen in the summer and sweater in winter.
Same as ever and better than ever. Park undergoing constant improvements and adding new rides and experiences. However rides are still randomly down and all the posted wait times are just plain wrong. Android app is missing wait times. Entry took FOREVER with bag security and ticket scanning. Should be a lot faster. But look, you're here for the rides and the rides are great great great fun. During holidays they also do beautiful decorations.
We had a great time at the park. This was a special trip for us as we don't live near enough to visit often but close enough for a day trip. We went between Christmas and New Years. The crowds were reasonable and most of the rides were open. The food lines were long, which made our investment in refillable drinks difficult to take full advantage. The staff were friendly. We missed any info about holiday foods, and ended up eating at one of their regular resteraunts, which was good but we would have preferred the holiday experience. The holiday lights were something to remember. Overall it was a great experience and wished we lived closer for season passes.
Love this place. Been going here since I was a wee lad. Have a season pass and try to go at least twice a year (it's about. 2-3 hour drive). Usually get a hotel for the night and make it a whole weekend thing. They do great seasonal themes for kids and adults alike. Their Xmas lights in particular are great I think. And best of all they have the best roller coasters I've ever been on. If you live in California you need to go here at least once.
Go hiking, go to the movies, go wine tasting (it’s cheaper), go to a yak farm, go to an alpaca farm, go to ANY FARM! The people here are animals anyway. If you do come here, hydrate and bring a granola bar. Proper rations could save your life or the lives of those in your party. BUT I EMPHASIZED NOT COMING to 6 flags IN THE FIRST PLACE and putting the money towards your or your kids education. Or go to the alpaca farm.
