  • I took my 2 boys age 8yr & 10 yrs (both over 54 inch) for Spring Break the first week in April. The weather was perfect, the lines were short. We went for 2 days. The first day we bought the Flash pas...  more »
  • If you like extreme rides this is the place for you. Some of the roller coasters are 250 feet tall. If you're scared of heights like i am you won't enjoy it. The park is quite large and was only open ...  more »
  • Get the fast pass! So much fun for adults, goliath rocks. Love the roller coasters. I'm going back again!  more »

  • Six flags is so fun and the staff is super great. Only downfall is that right at closing they won't let you fill your drink back up unless you stand in line for the Coca-Cola mix drink station. Other amusement parks are so much better about it. I go again, just plan ahead with time is all. X3 had a blast!!
  • Like every theme park visitor should know already: plan ahead. For people who charge in, expecting amazing service, prices, and running out at the end of the day fulfilled, good luck with that. Knowing where to go, what to do, and how to do it is extremely important. For a first time visit, pay extra for a basic Flash Pass. It's so very worth it. No need to pay way too much to get to rides ultra fast: as long as it's not very busy (go on a Wednesday, good park tip), a normal Flash Pass will be worth every dollar. Also, the food is pretty expensive, and lots of candy to waste candy on. Bring your own lunch, sunscreen, and other basic necessities to store in an all-day locker for rent, or in a backpack (it's worth walking around with all your stuff through the entrance security). Basically, be smart, be prepared, and know what you're doing. That's when the real fun starts.
  • I love this place and I have great childhood memories of it. The rides are still absolutely amazing. My major issue is that because so many rides were closed and because they now have this fast past thing, the lines are all super long and slow moving. It's really changed the experience. We were one of the first ones in and stayed there for the entire time they were open (10am-8pm) on this day and still only got on 6 rides and 2 of them were the old carnival rides (flash and wonder woman). Each line took a minimum of 90 minutes and it really did not seem like a very crowded day.
  • Had a very bad experience on the day we visited. $20 just to park. Bought tickets online thinking we would get straight in, oh no, had to wait in a line for 45 min to get tickets to enter the park. Waited in line for 2 hours for one ride. Waited in line for over an hour for another ride, but then it broke down. In the park for 6 hours and only got to go on 1 ride. Yes you can pay to skip the queue, but the cheapest option (which isn't that cheap) doesn't work for the good rides (only found out that fact after waiting in line for 30 min), you have to pay a small fortune for that privilege. As we were visiting from overseas, it was the only day we could get to the park (only open on weekends when we visited).
  • Best amount of fun I've had in years. The food was even good at the little restaurant we ate at there... the sports bar and grill. awesome rides and great people... there was not one drunkin moron in the whole bunch I'm glad to say
