  • Not a large park, but has cultural signifigance for the Coastanoan Miwok tribes. but there is hiking and trails, but remember to bring water no matter what time of year.
  • This is an interesting place where running and biking is a very good experience. Love to bike around with my family.
  • I love walking in the preserve and enjoying nature. Amazing amount of native plants. Only the airplanes overhead remind you that city surrounds you.
  • A very nice trail to walk through. Pleasant weather during the summer. Good place to do a photoshoot as well.
  • Mist visit this park! Santa clara city wanted to build a stadium here as well. Thank god this place is protected! Wonderful park with plenty birds, bees, butterflies and animals. You can spot the monarchs here sometimes! Watch for them in december. Amazing cedar wax bunting also spotted here and many falcons. Great place for runing, walks, photography and spending time with family.
  • Ulistac is a perfect tiny natural area along the Guadalupe. Great plant variety and even creating habitat for monarchs! Fun to walk the trails or use it to access the Guadalupe River Trail.
  • Very nice area to see many plants. Some of the plants are labeled so you can learn what they are. There is an area designated for hummingbirds and butterflies. The lower trail is flat and easy to hike on.
  • Hidden gem picnic spot! Full of wildflowers and wildlife. 30-40 minute slow walk for one track.
