  • What a treat to wander amongst the art at my own pace. Wide array of time periods exhibited. Eclectic. Grand old building. Children's events are well done. The museum shop has a really cool collection of merchandise. As a member I get in free but make a reservation for timed entry. Well done SBMA
  • It is always a pleasure to visit this museum. The exhibits are aesthetic and educational. The temporary exhibits are fresh and bring new subjects to the public. Treasures can be found in the retail store. Give yourself, friends and family a treat with a visit!
  • Had a lot of fun here with my family. Tons of things to see. The Infiniti room has a long wait, really recommend signing up for entry to that first. Gift shop area also has a bunch of cool things to take home if you have the cash.
  • It’s fair to say this is my favorite museum in Santa Barbara. I was in town for the day visiting from LA and had heard many great things about this museum so decided to see for myself. Parking is easy and there are multiple areas to do it. It’s not very large inside but is two floors filled with beautiful works from all over the world. It’s subdivided into different regions and periods and it’s very easy to spend an hour here looking and reading. Coming from LA it’s way less crowded than I’m used to so that was also a bonus. I would recommend to anyone visiting Santa Barbara or if you’re a fan of art like I am and live within driving distance SB is a wonderful town to plan a day away.
  • The Santa Barbara Museum of Art is quite nice. They have lots of art and lots of docents to answer your questions. Any map program can tell you how to find the museum. This What3Words address is the location of the entrance to the nearby public parking lot. The first 75 minutes are free. Park near the bottom of the lot. ///puzzled.approach.kind 34.422987, -119.706422
