  • What a trip! Next time I'll bring the family for a great time of old fashioned fun. Can't wait to see if the Farmers Market gets bigger over the next few years.
  • Don't be fooled by the exterior of Islander Trading Post, because inside is where the real magic happens. Housed in wooden antique and vintage display cases and shelves is an enormous eclectic collect...  read more »
  • Wouw what a fantastic place, they have so many wonderful stuff. Its like going back in time and visit a lost era of time. Old toys, coke bottles, postcards, signs...... And i could go on and on.. Visi...  read more »
  • Super uptight owners. Wouldn't let us touch or handle any object in the store. Labels on almost every item "do not touch, cameras in use" and also strictly forbid us from taking photos which was the most absurd thing ever. Went to take a picture of my girlfriend in the store and was told that no pictures were allowed..? Then followed by owner to assure I wasn't taking more pictures. That's absurd. To top it all off the store was stuffy and 82F (as indicated by all the antique thermometers). All this combined with the outrageous prices... This place wants you to look at their stuff, not buy it.
  • As one who visits many antique shops from state to state, this place is priced WAY too high on all items. Even more comply found vintage cast iron one finds online is priced quadruple here.
  • Some cool stuff, also some stuff I would not give 25 cents for at a garage sale that's marked 25 dollars. If I was making a period film, or photo shoot, this place would be my first stop
  • Amazing place. Not cheap though.
  • Please check out merchandise before buying. We had family in town and she purchased a Mickey Mantle baseball bat for 98.00. When we got home and she gave it to her husband we looked it up online and they retail for 15.00. I felt terrible for her. We felt so bad she was taken advantage of. Will never go back or tell any friends or visitors to go there. Please do your research. Lesson learned
