I am in town for a long term business assignment and I have my puppy with me. Obviously he doesn't love staying in a hotel all day so we found the dog park at Morgan Falls and he absolutely loves it. ... more »

Had my parents in their 70's, my brother, his kids (10, 4) and our 3 kids (1,2,7) and we all had a terrific day there. We brought fishing poles and fished off the little dock. My daughter actually caught one. The playground, although busy, was amazing - one of the best I've seen. We enjoyed the walking trails! I had to google to confirm the plethora of three-leafed plants along the walking trails were not poison. The picnic pavilion was perfectly shaded and kept us cool out of the sun! The sand pit had some bunny droppings in it - actually a lot, but another mom and I scooped them out because kids were continuing to play in it so we figured we needed to clean it up some. Be nice if a parks person could come through their daily and check that. I saw a guy taking the trash once. The place gets crowded but yet it seems there is still enough space for everyone even though it doesn't feel like a huge park. The "porch swings" overlooking the lake were nice and relaxing. Get there early, set up your spot, bring some lunch, and stay for a while. We had a very enjoyable day there, all 10 of us.

Nice little park area with a newer playground for kids and trails for hiking. Also nice place to fish or paddle sports as well. You can see nice sunsets over the water here as well.

Great park for gatherings in the pavilion. Good amenities, and far away from most roads. Fair amount of walking trails, and an adequate amount of parking for most summer days.

Great playground but the fishing sucked. Take the kids for sure! Good place to relax on a bench swing and look out over the water.

I love this park and the nearby dog park. I used to take my dog every week when I lived in Sandy Springs. You can rent canoes, paddle boards, and kayaks. There are also lots of trails to walk
