  • From Jonsrud Viewpoint you can catch really beautiful view of Mt. Hood. There is also some early European settlement history explained at the viewpoint. Worth a stop.  more »
  • This viewpoint is definitely worth a stop at if you are in the area of Sandy, Oregon. We drove by from the Portland airport to Welches/Mt. Hood. It's only about a mile off Highway 26, on Bluff Road. Y...  more »

  • Beautiful view of mt.hood. little pull off with parking for about 6 cars. A few landmark plaques with information about the Oregon Trail
  • Good parking. Quiet suburban area. Excellent view of Hood.
  • Great view. A must stop and get sunrise pictures.
  • Awesome view and rarely so busy you cannot meditate or just chill out.
  • Easily one of the most breathtaking views of Mt. Hood. Not a great place to be, packed in by a busy road, but spectacular view.
