  • On this trip we primarily went to go to Cedar Point however we booked one night at Kalahari and one night at Great Wolf Lodge to compare the two. In general Kalahari was much nicer.

  • Great Time for Everyone. We had some bumps but not enough for a bad review. Great place to visit but expensive. There are ways to save though.

  • Room prices are far too expensive for what you actually get. We booked a king suite w/ whirlpool bath. There was an electric fireplace in the room that didn’t work. The faucet on the bath tub felt like it was ready to fall off. The mini fridge looked like it had seen better days. You don’t get individual travel size samples of shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. - instead you get shampoo, conditioner and body wash in large pumps that they refill and that have been touched by previous renters which is kind of gross. The shower is small and outdated. The check-in process is all done via a computer once you get there which is fine but we had no idea where to go once we checked-in because it was our first time there and you don’t get to speak with anybody to direct you where to go - that being said, there were maps above the check-in computers but I didn’t notice them until we were checking out. After walking around for a bit we figured out the general layout. Everything is pretty costly if you buy anything there - $12 for a 16 oz drink that was just okay - but I assume cost is high because well the economy. The employees at the water park were nice though and they seemed to like to interact with guests which made it a fun experience. But sadly, when you pay $710 you kind of expect a little nicer room. Consider investing money back into your rooms.
  • We were blown away on how massive this place was! My kids had a lot of fun. The wave pool was one of the favorites! We were lucky enough to rent a cabana for one of our days and it was really worth it. We spent most of our day at the pool and it was nice to have a place to rest and take a break in a semi-private area. The restaurants were great as well! The Zoo was adorable! My kids LOVED feeding the animals. We bought the family sized bucket and it was really worth the money. We had more than enough for the 4 of us to use.
  • Great little family vacation that exceeded my expectations. Stayed 2 nights with my family of 6, with children ages 2 through 15. Lots of fun on the slides and in the wave pool. Food and cleanliness met our expectations. Arcade and claw machines made a nice break from the water. We plan to return!!
  • Ive gone many times and the only thing i dont like is the fact that all the likes are 100 miles long. But i can't blame them. The rides are so fun and there is a great selection of kid friendly rides. And the lifeguards are very nice. And the suits are so huge. My mom took 10 girls and 2 adults on a trip for my sisters birthday and we were able to fit in the suit very comfortably. Overall a wonderful vacation spot.
  • This was our first time here and I could give it TEN stars. The resort itself is gorgeous, it’s not hard to play pretend like you’ve went to a resort out of the country. The water park, game room, and mini golf is just a few of the things we enjoyed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I left my sons puddle jumper at the pool and someone graciously turned it in and the staff easily got it back to us. I could’ve stayed a week and been content there’s so much for all ages. Can’t wait to come back!
