  • I’ve been reluctant to stay at an indoor water park resort because the prices are usually steep and the reviews can be uneven. But we had an early November Friday when our daughter was off from school...  more »
  • From the the moment you check in, you’re put at ease. The staff is professional and ultra friendly. They take your cell number and give you a text. This is so they can handle any questions or concerns...  more »
  • I would say been here off the t-shirt not much difference from other Great Wolf Lodges that we stayed. The hotel is currently under renovation so all of the sliding doors from the rooms to the balconi...  more »

  • Great Wolf lodge has always been a very great time for our family!! The staff has always been amazing, always making us feel welcomed and that we're at our home away from home!! The swim park is very fun with plenty to do for little ones! The life guards are on duty all over the swim park to make sure every kid and adult is safe. The kids also had a great time in the arcade when we were not in the pool. There are plenty of places around to grab a bite to eat. We have always ate at the restaurant within Great Wolf Lodge. The rooms can be a little outdated and have the cabin feel, some may like that some may not, however they have always been super clean and we have never had an issue. Hope this review helps. My kids (3 and 5 years old) say this is more fun than going to the beach!
  • Great Wolf Lodge is an amazing place for a family vacation! The staff is wonderful... very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean. There are tons of activities to choose from for kids of all ages. Many are included in the price... for other activities, consider purchasing a Paw Pass for your child. This allows your child to do several other activities at a discounted rate, and is well worth the price. It is discounted even more if you purchase it with your reservation rather than when you arrive. Our kids, 5, 10, and 13, loved it and can't wait to come again!
  • A great family water park with plenty for everyone to do (both the 5 and 11 year old). Friendly service. Price seemed very reasonable. Check in took a long time, but that's probably because we landed a free room upgrade. Felt a little ripped off by the all you can eat breakfast, given the kids hardly ate anything, but otherwise nothing but a positive experience. Would definitely go back.
  • The rooms are dated, and the carpet is snagged with huge strings coming up at the carpet seam. Balconies were not usable as they were locked for maintenance. I requested a top floor and booked months in advance and checked in online 24 hours in advance and was told a top floor was simply unavailable. I feel like the rooms haven’t been updated for lat LEAST 10 years. It is not soundproofed at all... we were on the third floor and it sounded like a herd of elephants above until 11pm the first night, which is not great for little kids trying to sleep, not to mention the people smoking weed next door to us. We got a suite with a nice kitchenette though. We love the waterpark though! It was perfect for my younger kids. There wasn’t much my almost 5 year old couldn’t do. They provide life jackets and towels. Oh, and the breakfast buffet is not a real buffet. They bring you plates of food and you can get as much as you want. The pancakes taste like cotton candy they are so sweet. The scrambled egg tasted rubbery and weird. It was not worth the money honestly. It is probably better to bring cereal and milk and eat in your room. Ours had a nice mini fridge. Employees are a MOSTLY friendly. The hostess at the grill was a little rude. The waitstaff was awesome though... super nice.
  • We normally visit the Great Wolf in Mason Ohio and have a great time but we traveled 3 hours to come to this one because it was a lot cheaper than the Mason one. The water park is smaller than Mason but we honestly didn't feel like we missed anything. My daughter and I still had a blast. The rooms are very clean, the pool area was clean, and the restaurants. We went in the middle of the week and it was very busy, the front desk had 3 people working the counter but the gift shop area only had one girl and she was being pulled one direction to another. We did the paw pass and I saw several other kids do the paw pass as well. The staff was friendly and I would visit this location again.
