  • I will definitely be returning. ALL employees were extremely nice and helpful. Special shout out to the greeter in the lobby. Everything was clean. There’s a water park and I didn’t see a drop of water in the bathrooms and hallways. Items were reasonably priced, you expect to pay a little more than usual at places like this. There was so much to do. We only stayed one night, but were able to visit the water park both days and had time to go to the arcade. Some games were higher priced than I liked, but my child didn’t complain about the amount of time we spent there. The rooms were lovely. We got the camp theme and my child was so excited about it. Thank you for the great experience.
  • I cannot say enough good things about this place! We definitely got our money's worth! It is entirely kid-centered with so many FREE events happening while you're there! Another fun side to it was we didn't check in until 4 pm, but we could access the water park at 1 pm. And when we checked out at 11 am, we were allowed to stay all day! My kids laughed and smiled and wore themselves out. My only complaint (if it's even really a complaint) is that their arcade is a money pit. Yeah, usually arcades are, but in order to have a semi-decent time at the arcade, you will shell out a lot of money. $25 got us 92 wolf paws and just about every machine was 8-10 paws. And all but one claw machine did not have a claw that was sturdy enough to even attempt to grab whatever it was. But past that... I will 100% be going back!!! I cannot recommend this place enough!
  • Check in line is quite long, but processing is very quick. We arrived 2 pm and was able to get our suite. Staff are generally quite friendly. Hotel room is clean and bunker bed is very unique. Bathroom is a little small, but manageable. Water parking area is great, with small kids area, hot tub, swimming play area, main splash structure, 8 different sizes of water slides. Kids enjoyed the time and didn't want to leave. Living in the hotel for 1 day and you can enjoy 2 days of water park for the day of check in, as well as the day of check out. Life guards are doing their jobs. You can rent locker and towels. Inside temperature is warm, outside pool party is great, but get a little chill. Quite many people are inside the park, but it seems not overly crowded. Check out is fast by a simply OUT text. The water park and hotel are not brand new for sure, but look like newer than 25 year old.
  • We came here for a quick little mid-week getaway. Super fun! Tons of stuff for your little ones or enjoy. Lots of water slides and different aquatic obstacles for everyone to enjoy. Even though there were a lot of people there it never really seemed like you were crammed in like sardines. The rooms were super cute and my kid loved the log cabin bunk beds. I would recommend this vacation to anyone with kids under the age of 10-12. It is definitely geared towards younger kids but they still have a decent size (and well kept) game room as well as the Magi Quest adventures. I can’t wait to come back in the winter for a nice little winter escape.
  • I cannot recommend this vacation enough!! My daughter is 7 and had so much fun! They have a ton of activities that include the entire family! Magi Quest was a great break from swimming. The evening dance parties were the perfect way to end the day! The staff are amazing! The pizza from Hungry like a wolf was the perfect budget friendly dinner and it was delicious! We forgot the get the refillable drink cup but I highly recommend that because it's a huge money saver. The pools were fun and had lots to do. The dance party in the outside pool was quite fun! If you are wondering if you will have a good time, I promise if you go you will!! My husband and I had a ton of fun being a kid again! (I recommend using the stairs for Magi Quest.. the elevators run a bit slow)
