  • Just finished their 2014 Pinot Noir "Marley Anne", superb and sultry at the same time. We get their quarterly shipment of reds to our home, yes please. Top notch stuff, bravo!!!  more »

  • A decent wine tasting experience near pismo beach. Taste from a selection of 4 wines for $20 per tasting or buy a bottle of wine and get the tasting free
  • Hands down one of the best wineries, especially if you're a Pinot Noir fan. Elegant tasting room, and plenty of outdoor seating. You can even buy a bottle per couple if you want to chill out and bring a picnic. Right off 227, easy to find, in the Edna Valley. My pictures are from October, so dry late autumn, but this is a gorgeous place and my family has a membership for good reason. I biked here on the trail, but there are many ways to get there.
  • This is the best winery in Edna Valley. They have an educated staff, high quality wine and a beautiful setting. Their outdoor area has recently been renovated and offers an idyllic setting for wine tasting with friends. The barrel tasting experience is not to be missed either as there is a limited time to try the wines and make a purchase before they're sold out. I joined the wine club and look forward to my next visit when I can taste in the private room for wine club members!
  • This was the first winery and wine tasting event we went to in this area and we were not disappointed. Because of the unusually hot weather, they were harvesting early to save the grapes that were ready. We got to watch the production through big glass windows and we could also go outside and watch from there, but it was too hot that day to sit outside, 112 degrees. The lady who was pouring our samples had so much knowledge of everything you would ever want to know about that vineyard, but also about winemaking and grape growing. She was amazing, and after we toured several other tasting events, we realized she was exceptional. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but their wine was superb. I ended up buying 4 bottles of their wine, the Tolosa 1772 Sauvignon Blanc 2016, more than any other vineyard we visited. Our server let us know that the wines in their tasting flight are the cream of the crop, hand picked and single grape wines. She did say that this winery also does bigger mass productions of wine as well. She explained the history behind the 1772, which I have forgotten. Too much wine tasting. This winery has ample parking and is easily accessible. If you are looking for good wine and a good tasting experience, this is it!
  • If you're looking to pay a lot for a bottle of wine, you can get that here. However, I would not recommend the winery tour. We were hoping to learn more about winemaking but this is a marketing tour. There is a barrell tasting of chardonnary to start, but otherwise you are viewing mostly the areas that can be seen from the tasting room through the windows. Then you end in a lavish event room having your tasting with a sales associate who stays with you the whole time. We were charged for the tasting and for the tour, in spite of buying a $65 bottle of wine. We visited eight wineries in a couple of days, tasted and purchased many good wines but with a more authentic and relaxed experience. All of us in our party were very disappointed with this winery.
