  • It's a shame the Japanese Friendship Garden is next to one of San Jose's busiest roads. Traffic noise cannot be avoided. I recommend headphones. Great place for photography. Beautiful weeping willows....  more »
  • Been going here since 1970s. Still beautiful & very popular for weddings & other photographers. Serene. Nice bird life.  more »
  • Great picture spot. Lots of koi fishes. Enjoy feeding it. Nice place to go for a walk. You can spend all day. Also happy hallow is walk able distance too. visit both together and just pay 1 parking.  more »

  • Great works of artistic scenery, creating a relaxing and calming atmosphere, with every carefully placed rock, tree, bridge... just an amazing place to visit. Just one thing, I do not really recommend coming during the winter, but in the spring, when the flowers blossom, this is your go - to place if you can't find things to do.
  • Went there on the 2nd of july, it was closed due to flood reparations, didn't said date when they are opening again.
  • CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR FLOOD CLEANUP! No signs posted, found out after paid to park. Very disappointed
  • Went here on a rainy day and had the whole place to myself. Folks really don't know what they're missing. It's so peaceful and beautiful.
  • So lush and peaceful with so many paths to take and the happiest Koi fish I've ever had the pleasure of feeding.
