  • A place that stimulates the senses. A lot has to be moving a lot of time to figure out what it does, perfect for kids, lol! For adults only wanting to spend the time, better go to a more traditional Museum. A unique place for sure.

  • So fun!! So great for kids! Makes me wish I had kids of my own just to take them here. It's an experience science-based... Museum. But what sets it apart is that All of the "exhibits" or activities inside are hands on so it's very very kid friendly. Myself and my wife had a wonderful time despite that though, and even though we're not the target demographic it was still such a blast and so inclusive. There were even much older couples there who were having a good time too. They also have an adults only time Thursday nights that we're dying to go to. Leave a LOT of time for it thought. We had about an hour to explore it and only got a quarter of the way through. The
  • This is an AWESOME museum! I love the hands on interaction that is everywhere, it's a much more fun way to learn! It was great fun for both kids and adults, my inner child was beaming in here! It's a bit pricey, but it's a place you'll want to come back to and the membership is great value!! Just one extra visit will make it worth more than what you paid!! It's spot right on the Embarcadero is perfect, and the interactive exhibits are amazing! I'll definitely be back!
  • Such a great place to bring your family & friends in. I bought the membership and it's all worth it. My kids loves it and even my husband. There's so much to do and so much fun and educational things to interact with. A must see and go to when you're in the city for vacation or just to explore more.
  • Very well organized sections, I visited all. East gallery about living systems is worth watching. Liked ecosystems. North gallery about winds and tides is good. Helpful staff at Bechtel central gallery, she explained me concepts about sounds really very well. Thanks Nina. And the best thing, landscape area. Cheerful staff explaining Nasa's research videos, Wonderful view of the city at one side and ocean on the other side. Got to know geography and ecology of the Bay Area. Seaglass restaurant has awesome view and food definitely! So, it just made my day exciting and happy!
  • Besides being a bit pricey. It's really amazing. It's all hands on experiments. Learning from science by doing it. It was extremely fun. The only thing is that if English is not your language your out of the loop cause all the explanations are in English. Nothing was friendly for monolingual that don't know English
