Oracle Park, San Francisco

Arena / Stadium · Tourist Spot
To see how a major baseball stadium functions behind the scenes, take a tour of Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants. This ballpark is renowned for its views of the San Francisco Bay, best appreciated from the highest seats. Located downtown, the stadium is easily accessible from almost anywhere in the city by public bus or train. Game tickets may be difficult to come by late in the season, but you can always explore the dugout, clubhouse, press box, and the batting cage on a private tour. For a free look at a few innings, stand under the archways stretching along the stadium's waterfront promenade. Oracle Park is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our , international travel planner Edition.

  • Great seats at Club Level. I think there were more people enjoying the food and beverage stands than there were in their seats. Garlic fries were wonderful. The people in front of us were eating a plate of three sliders: beef, ham, and turkey. The meats looked fresh roasted, not deli style. Bathrooms seemed cleaner in Club than on other levels. No straws or lids were provided for drinks. Very warm day, so I was happy we were in the shade, Sec 220, Row L.
  • Awesome ballpark! There are so many good restaurants to eat. There are many things to do for children that are FREE!! the children I was with enjoyed there time and their ages ranged between 3-10 yrs old. This park also has a beautiful view of the bay.
  • Nice little ballpark on the waterfront near downtown. I say little, only because the esplanade is on the narrow side, and the restrooms are a bit cramped, but the compactness is understandable for the prime San Francisco location, and it works fine. The highest seats are still close enough to the field for a fine view of the game, and I liked the classy touch of calling them the " View Reserve" seats. The view of San Francisco Bay is enjoyable too. A broad gradual ramp makes waking, or even wheeling up a breeze, or of course you can take the lift. One friend paid an amazing $13 for a beer, and another a measly $11.50 for a great sandwich, so I guess the food prices work out fair. There's a fantastic play area for kids, plenty of parking (paid) around the neighborhood, and good public transportation.
  • Beautiful ballpark. Been coming here for many years for games and other events. They have a very nice garden in the outfield with food using fresh ingredients that isn’t typical “ball park food”. Be ready to spend quite a bit of money on food and beer though since prices are so high, but most stadiums are like this anyway. Dress in layers especially for events in the evening as the wind comes in from the bay and it can get very cold.
  • My friend and I came to a game on a Saturday night while visiting San Francisco. Public transit was very easy to take right outside the stadium. We lined up for a t-shirt giveaway and were excited to see they had all different sizes to give away! There were lots of food options inside the stadium to enjoy. The garlic fries are a must try, delicious! Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Comfortable seats. Beautiful location right on the bay. Bring some warm clothes for a night game. Highly recommend coming to see a baseball game here!
