  • I've been to wax museums in several different cities. This one by far had the fewest was figures of them all. You would think for the location it would be packed to the gills with popular icons of our...  more »
  • Fun place near Fisherman's Wharf to pass the time and kill an hour or so. It's located in the strip next to Ripley's and the Dungeon which are also in the Go San Francisco Card discount package.  more »
  • It's kitschy. It's trite. We loved it. Very rainy day in the middle of a rainy trip. We stopped in to dry out. One of our group loves selfies so had a ball. Political figures, sports figures, movie st...  more »

  • Was very surprised by how much I enjoyed this attraction. They do a excellent job making the exhibits somewhat interactive rather than just standing there looking at wax figures. You can get up close and personal with most of the figures. They provide props for some of the characters that make for some fun pictures. You really get a feel for how much effort and detail is put into creating each wax figure. I left the attraction feeling like it was money well spent, and was genuinely in a better mood than when I went in. Was exciting to see these stars and famous people so up close and personal. Well worth the entrance fee and I would not hesitate to recommend checking it out.
  • Alot of the figures were dead on. They gave you a short story about the person also so if you didn't know who it was you could just read the info card. They offered props so you could take pics with the figures which was the coolest part. The place was clean and well organized. It seem small from the outside but surprising it wasn't. I'd go again.
  • My daughter and I had a great time. I couldn't keep up with her. She was running from each celebrity. The celebrity figures looked almost real. A few didn't. I loved how they have props to use for each scene. Very creative. Great time for families, couples and tourists.
  • I had a really good time specially since it was the first Madame Tussauds museum I visited. Good number of wax statues. They have explained how the wax statues are made, loved that bit.
  • I would at least go here once if you have not gone. If you enjoy having those fun photo moments, here's the place to go.
